Instead of using a barre, you can also use a stool, a chair, a kitchen counter and even a kitchen bench can all be used as a barre to shift your weight and hold it. If you don’t have a yoga mat you can use a towel or a carpet for the floor exercises. No special equipment is needed to be able to do all exercises in this app!
