If you have a sedentary job, it is more than likely that you suffer from occasional pain in your (lower) back, shoulders or arms. After all, we spend a large time of the day behind our desk and we do not always do so in an ergonomic stance. The seated, usually bad posture, is detrimental to your spine.
It is in the spine that you find your nerve endings, which branch out to the rest of your body. You may not realize it, but your health is in your back.
