Who is welcome?
This classes are suitable for all women starting from 16 years. Beginners and Advanced ladies are welcome here. No experience in dance or fitness is needed. If you do have experience it’s great way to refresh the basics and a full body Ballet Workout.
What do I wear during the class?
You should feel comfortable, be able to move and see you body. For the first trial class it is good enough to wear yoga pants or leggings and a top. On your feet you can simply wear socks. When you decide to continue taking classes you can get a ballet leotard and ballet shoes at the spot for an affordable price. Make sure to bring a bottle of water to drink during the class.
To join our Advanced Level Classes, you need at least 3 Beginners Classes in order to learn the basics of ballet. It’s very important to learn the basics of ballet correctly in order to continue to new steps and exercises. The beginners classes are still Full Body Ballet Workouts.
