Welcome to Ballet Workout!

Ballet Workout is a unique method based on the basic elements of classical ballet. The program was specially designed so that no dance or fitness experience is needed. All women starting from 16 till 70 years old are welcome. We will be strengthening muscles, developing flexibility and doing cardio, all this on classical music. During the workout hour we will be using muscles that you don’t use in everyday life but that are responsible for a correct body posture. By bringing the artistic and physical together we work on body and soul at the same time. We exercise a high form of art and have an accomplished, wonderful feeling after the class. Does your child have a passion for ballet? We offer ballet classes for children every Wednesday and Saturday. Children from 3-12 years are welcome.

Registering happens in 2 easy steps.

1) Register by sending an email to info@balletworkout.be or fill the form through this website.

2) Download the Ballet Workout App to see the schedule and pick your class. Ballet Classes for Adults are taught in English when there are people who don’t speak Dutch.

The Ballet Workout Classes take place every evening of the week at the address Meirbrug 1, 2000 Antwerpen. Payments can be done cash before or after class. Entrance is from the side of St. Katelijnevest.
