Who is welcome?
All women from 16 to 60 years old who have done 3 beginners or all level classes at Ballet Workout. In the advanced classes we also will be doing a ballet barre and learn new ballet steps. These classes are still Full Body Workouts and Toning. We recommend to take 3 beginners classes also to women who have experience in ballet, yoga or pilates. Ballet technique can differ and a refreshing the basics is always useful as it’s important to learn the basics correctly. This will prevent injuries and help you get the best out of your ballet workout. Everyone who has done 3 beginners classes can join the advanced class.
What do I wear during the class?
You should feel comfortable, be able to move and see you body. For the first trial class it is good enough to wear yoga pants or leggings and a top. On your feet you can simply wear socks. When you decide to continue taking classes you can get a ballet leotard and ballet shoes at the spot for an affordable price. Make sure to bring a bottle of water to drink during the class.
To join our Advanced Level Classes, you need at least 3 Beginners Classes in order to learn the basics of ballet. It’s very important to learn the basics of ballet correctly in order to continue to new steps and exercises. The beginners classes are still Full Body Ballet Workouts.
