Liability
Not all exercises are suitable for everyone. As with any exercise program, if at any point during your workout you would begin to feel faint, dizzy, or have physical discomfort, you should stop immediately. You are responsible for exercising within your limits and seeking (prior) medical advice and attention as appropriate. Ballet Workout vzw and Tatevik Mkrtoumian are not responsible for any injuries that result from participating in the exercises or choreographies shown in class or on video.
Prices and refunds
The price for a single class is 17 EUR.
If you pay for 10 classes in advance, the price is 150 EUR for 10 classes. The ten times cards or month subscriptions (€150) are not refundable and are valid until the end of the season, i.e. June of the current year. The subscriptions don’t get refunded in any case after payment.
The price for the children’s classes is €400 1 class/€500 2 classes a week to be paid in full at the beginning of the year (i.e. September) or at the first attended class. The price is a fixed price for a whole year of unlimited classes until the end of the season, i.e. June of the current year. The subscriptions don’t get refunded in any case after payment.
The prices half year and year subscribtions are €520 Sep-Dec, €910 Jan-Juli and €1100 Sep-Juli. The half year and year subscriptions don’t get refunded.
The Ballet Workout VZW or Tatevik Mkrtoumian are not responsable for the cancellation of our yearly show, events or classes. The tickets of the show don’t get refunded.
Property
All exercises and choreographies shown by Ballet Workout vzw and Tatevik Mkrtoumian in class or on video are and remain the sole and exclusive property of Ballet Workout vzw. The exercises and choreographies cannot be copied, performed or used in any way whatsoever.
Dancewear
All and any dancewear purchased via Ballet Workout vzw and its teacher Tatevik Mkrtoumian (excluding online sale) is not refundable. All intellectual property rights related to this dancewear are and remain exclusively owned by Ballet Workout vzw.
Applicabiliy and acceptance of the disclaimer
This disclaimer applies to all classes and videos organized and provided by Ballet Workout vzw and Tatevik Mkrtoumian. By attending these classed and by using these videos, you acknowledge that you receieved and agreed to this disclaimer.
